Mattermost and The Hub

Familiarise yourself in the company of other XRWD rebels

XR UK now has its own communications setup called The Hub bringing together all sorts of resources including Rebellion Academy, Rebel Toolkit, Forums and Mattermost.

Mattermost is XR's own chat platform with groups/channels at local, regional and national level. We have set up our own XRWD channel.

Whilst it's wonderful, it takes a bit of getting your head round and we have organised a bespoke training session for XRWD in how to use the Hub and Mattermost. It will be led by Ned Evans who runs the UK-wide Mattermost training and is on Tuesday 16th March, 7.30 until 9.30pm. Ned will help us with any individual technical issues as well as guiding us round the different features so that we can use Mattermost effectively for our own communication and discussions within XRWD. Ned will also record the session (subject to agreement of those present) for us to refer back to afterwards.

Everyone interested in learning about the Hub and Mattermost is very welcome to join this training, whether or not you've been to XRWD meetings before.
