Local Group Meeting
Whether you're new to XR and now find yourself with the time to see what it's all about, or you would like to stay connected to fellow rebels, this meeting is open to all. We will be checking in with each other, sharing feedback on recent events and discussing ideas and initiatives for the future.
You can access a Zoom meeting on a laptop, tablet or smartphone or a PC as long as you have a microphone (camera ideal, but not essential). There's also the option to dial in by telephone - normal call charges apply.

Collaboration with neighbouring groups
Why not pop in to one of these meetings to meet local activists and discuss how we can link up to be more effective?
Joint meeting with Stratford Climate Action, Tuesday 10th November 8pm-9.30pm
The meeting was suggested by Stephen Norrie of Stratford Climate Action to establish relations between activists in Stratford and Warwick districts and learn from each other. This is all the more important as the two District Councils are beginning to work much more closely with each other. By coordinating our actions, we can also have more influence on Warwickshire County Council.

XRWD WORKSHOP
XRWD is organising a workshop to discuss how we take the group forward, looking back at what has and hasn’t worked for us and look forward to our future organisation and activities. Please feel free to come along and contribute to the development of your local group. We’d love to see you there! Please note that depending on how far we get, we may continue on the following Thursday.

How to lead a Listening Circle
A great workshop to strengthen relationships in your local group.
Learn how to hold a space for shared purposes, acknowledge and celebrate differences. Sharing time as equals helps to create safety for everyone to explore their thoughts and feelings.

The Way Forward for XRWD
We’re holding a second workshop on the way forward for XRWD which will build on the discussions we had in the first one. We’ll be thinking in more detail about what to do as a group and how we can organise ourselves to do it.
Everyone is welcome whether or not you were able to attend the first workshop and we welcome rebels from our neighbouring groups.
Please come along and contribute to the development of your local group.
Date:10th December 2020
Time: 7.00 – 9.00 pm
Place: Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84529004435
You may like to have a pen and paper handy for the call. The write-up of the first workshop is available here.

Otherwise please do join us even if it is just to re-connect with other rebels and find out what’s happening.
